Contact with the real estate agent was informal and there were short lines. This was very pleasant for us. He also knew immediately how he wanted to put our house on the market. These things gave us a good feeling. However, during the process we had the idea that we had to come up with the initiatives, because our house did not have the highest priority. That's okay, but something else was promised to us. Nevertheless, very satisfied with the real estate agent and we would certainly recommend him!

We recently bought our house with the fantastic support of Rob from Lev Real Estate, and we are incredibly happy with the experience. Rob was enormously helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. From our very first meeting to the closing at the notary, he guided us every step of the way as a reliable guide and was always available when we needed help. He is truly wonderful and offered us more than what we expected from an agent; he became our guide in this complex process. We do not speak Dutch, but thanks to Rob's great effort to assist us, this was never a problem. He handled everything very professionally. I think he got us a really good deal on the house and ultimately we gained much more than the real estate fees. As Rob already said, his work is truly about people and their happiness, and this was clearly evident in everything he did for us. We highly recommend Rob and Lev Real Estate to everyone looking for a new home. Our experience as an expat couple was wonderful from start to finish. Rating: 11/10 - definitely a must-recommend!
