He is truly wonderful and offered us more than what we expected from an agent; he became our guide in this complex process. We do not speak Dutch, but thanks to Rob's great effort to assist us, this was never a problem. He handled everything very professionally. I think he got us a really good deal on the house and ultimately we gained much more than the real estate fees.
