Theo heeft mij en mijn man Wiljan geholpen bij de aankoop van ons eerste huis. Dat was natuurlijk ontzettend spannend en er kwam veel bij kijken. Theo heeft ons tijdens het hele proces begeleid, waardoor we ons echt ontzorgd voelden. Het contact was heel prettig: hij was goed bereikbaar, nam de tijd voor onze vragen en legde alles duidelijk uit. Omdat alles nieuw voor ons was, hadden we vaak behoefte aan extra uitleg, en Theo stond altijd voor ons klaar. Dankzij zijn begeleiding voelde het hele proces verrassend ontspannen en overzichtelijk.
