We have two young children and didn't want to be at home during the sale. From the first moment on, we as a family had full confidence in this office and that proved to be justified. The real estate agent turned out to be unable to sell our house. Eventually switched to Entree Realtors. Unlike the previous realtor, Jan really put in effort to sell the house. Within a week it was settled. There were even multiple interested parties. Coincidence, we don’t think so. There, she conveyed all the information well and her friendly and persuasive personality appealed to me very much. The property was sold within 1.5 weeks after being listed on funda for an amount I wouldn't have dared to hope for.
