Important criteria here are the fast and adequate communication, both with realtor Mark Bikker and the photographer (with a very beautiful result) as well as at the office. Good transparent agreements about all steps in the process where the seller is invited and taken along in the decisions to be made. Definitely recommended.

The initial preparation to present the house involved expert discussions with many valuable and tailored tips and hints as to what is important for interested people. For controversial topics, diplomatic solutions were always found, which I was satisfied with. The explanation of all documents made was excellent. Ultimately, it was a great surprise to me how quickly our farm succeeded with mutual (seller/buyer) agreement. Here I must say, thanks to the fantastic guidance from the real estate agency. Highly recommended!

After purchase, we were allowed to use the moving truck and received a beautiful bouquet of flowers upon sale. Stefan and his team are worth every penny. Hopefully, I won't see Stefan again for now ;) but if we ever move again, I will definitely ring him up.
