05 Oct 2025Remco pretendeert een hoop, doet grote beloftes, maar levert weinig tot niks. De verkoop van mijn appartement verliep slecht en heeft me onder de streep 27k verlies opgeleverd. De aankoopmakelaarsdiensten maakt ie ook niet waar. Remco zou schakelen met de verkopende makelaar en mij als aankoper tijdig een juist biedingsadvies geven. Remco was niet bereikbaar op het moment dat het erom ging. Ik heb de kosten voor zijn aankoopdiensten dan ook niet betaald, hij ging daar makkelijk in mee, want besefte ook wel dat hij niet leverde wat ie beloofde. Het feit dat de verkoop van mijn appartement misliep, omdat hij geen sluitende verkoopovereenkomst (financiering) op wist te stellen, is iets wat ik nooit zal vergeten. Juridisch geprobeerd hem hiervoor aansprakelijk te stellen. Maar dan gooit Remco het op het feit dat ik de verkoopovereenkomst ter inzage heb gekregen, voodat deze is doorgezet naar de verkopende partij. Het is dus mijn eigen fout?! Waar het fout gaat in mijn opinie? Je neemt een 'expert' in de armen, die je vertegenwoordigd, om bovengenoemde fouten te voorkomen. Nu doet Remco het af; want hij heeft de verkoopovereenkomst op voorhand ter inzage aangeboden, en ik ben daarmee akkoord gegaan. Had ik daar niet juist een expert voor ingeschakeld en daarvoor betaald? Kortom; wil je waar voor je geld, en een makelaar die daadwerkelijk staat voor zijn klanten? Dan raad ik je aan om een ander te zoeken. Er zijn voldoende alternatieven in de omgeving Tilburg! Denk na, en kies een ander, voor jezelf, je gemoedstoestand en natuulijk het eindresultaat. Remco zal zijn fouten ook niet toegeven en verschuild zich achter zijn juridisch adviseur. Hij suurt de sleutel van je woning uiteindelijk via de post terug. Persoonlijk contact gaat ie uit de weg. Dit zegt volgens mij al genoeg. Al met al, is het advies volgens mij duidelijk. Zoek iemand die wel zijn best doet en niet uit eigen belang handelt en acteert! Nooit meer Remco Olden Lommers Makelaardij! Meer informatie en communicatie deel ik vrijblijvend met geïntereseerden.

01 Aug 2025We are incredibly grateful for the guidance of Sylvia from Mutters Makelaars during the sale of our house. Our situation was quite unique: the house had to be sold while we were already living in America. During our short stay in the Netherlands preceding the sale, Sylvia – together with Manuela at the office – fantastically helped us. They truly guided us through the entire process. Not only professionally, but also with all sorts of practical matters that you would normally do yourself if you were in the Netherlands: arranging the appointment with the notary, helping with cleaning the last rooms in the house, explaining all legal terms (many of which were quite unfamiliar to us after 25 years outside the Netherlands), and even helping to remove the last belongings from the property. Sylvia and Manuela were always available, thought along with us and gave us the feeling that we could fully trust them – and that proved to be true. They were a tremendous support in a situation that otherwise could have been quite stressful. Absolutely top! We can wholeheartedly recommend Sylvia and the team of Mutters Makelaars!

01 Mar 2025The sale of our farm on the Lingedijk went wonderfully (in retrospect). The personal contact and communication with Sylvia van Zandvoort was excellent. The initial preparation to present the house involved expert discussions with many valuable and tailored tips and hints as to what is important for interested people. For controversial topics, diplomatic solutions were always found, which I was satisfied with. The explanation of all documents made was excellent. Ultimately, it was a great surprise to me how quickly our farm succeeded with mutual (seller/buyer) agreement. Here I must say, thanks to the fantastic guidance from the real estate agency. Highly recommended!

Makelaars and arranged our mortgage through them — and again we are very satisfied! You are really taken care of, the service is complete: from sales to mortgage advice, everything is professionally and personally guided and the people are nice too. When selling our house, a whole team was ready to help – from specialized stylists to professional photographers. They really know how to show your home in its best light on the market. In addition, they create a beautiful brochure in the form of a lifestyle magazine, which makes your house really stand out. The mortgage advice was also excellent: clear explanation, practical advice and always willing to think along with possibilities. What we particularly appreciated was that they were always easily accessible for a chat, to clarify matters or to think along where necessary. Furthermore very handy: they can also help you with your tax return! Both the real estate agents and the mortgage advisors communicate pleasantly, are easy to reach and work quickly. In short: an involved and reliable party that we wholeheartedly recommend!

Pain in my whole body from carrying and climbing stairs, but it was more than worth it! I want to give Peter and the entire rental team a big compliment. The contact and the way they handle things is very pleasant and human. Everything went very quickly after all, and the realization that I finally have my own place again is only now sinking in. Yes, I am a big guy, but I did shed a tear of happiness. Thanks again, compliments, a deep, deep bow. 08 Aug 2025Unfortunately, I cannot give less than 1 star. My father finally found the property he wanted. He was there right away, as we were one of the first to call and would be called back as soon as more info was available because it is a new construction project. Several weeks later, I called myself to find out what the status was. Answer: yes, everything has already been sold! HOW!? He was one of the first to call and Witte / Brugge Makelaars were supposed to call him back! Now he can say goodbye to the apartment he waited years for to come up for sale because Witte Makelaars treats their 'customers' like this. Truly not even worthy of 1 star!

23 Aug 2025We have had the opportunity to view two houses coincidentally both times with the same real estate agent, Manon van Baalen. We knew that just like us many others are looking for a starter home, but more effort could be put into selling the houses. The rooms were shown, no extra information was given and if we had a question it could be found in the brochure or was answered very briefly. Ridiculous! If you experience this once you might think that person is having a bad day, but after two viewings it was clear. Totally no pleasant atmosphere. It's only because the houses looked good that we made an offer, but if I had gone by the real estate agent I would have quickly left.
