If a apartment with shared walls apparently is 'market conform' for 1,2M, how can a unique, authentic villa with double the volume and absolute foundation security then be 'too expensive' for 1.4M? It smells like protecting their own new build interests at the expense of authentic real estate. Fortunately, buyers can calculate themselves. The numbers don't lie, but apparently the advice does. My experiences with Mark Bikker have raised serious questions for me about how interests are represented. In an earlier project, where he acted as a sales agent, I received information as a buyer that strongly suggested it was about the seller's minimum. This gave me a clear advantage as a buyer, but at the same time raised questions about how the seller's interests were weighed in that process.
