We have never encountered a real estate agent like Gerald. His enthusiasm and personal approach were truly special. Instead of simply letting us “look around,” as we were used to with previous agents, Gerald showed us around as if it were his own home. He took the time to make us feel comfortable, which we really appreciated. It felt as though he was genuinely involved and not just completing a viewing. Unfortunately, the location of this property wasn’t what my wife wanted, but Gerald gave us a great tip to register on a website. That has given us new energy in our search for a house. Ultimately, it was a great surprise to me how quickly our farm succeeded with mutual (seller/buyer) agreement. Here I must say, thanks to the fantastic guidance from the real estate agency. I've been looking for a home for quite some time and have had quite a few viewings. But this was my best viewing so far. At van de Werff real estate agents, they really take the time for you and tell you a lot on their own. And especially from the buyer’s perspective. Very nice! After the tour, I was asked if I wanted to see anything again. Half an hour was set aside for the viewing. And there's an extra drop-in session scheduled. I immediately said: what a luxury! And I received a voucher for a bottle of wine. Really fantastic!

I am a landlord of a property in Culemborg and engaged Pim to mediate. Although our initial contact was good, with a fine contract, a second tenant became an issue. Despite the contracts being drawn up by the real estate agent, they withdrew when there was uncertainty about the contract. Even after I gave them the option to still mediate, they chose not to execute the contract.
