Now, in a completely different phase of our lives, he stood by us again during the sale, a process that was anything but standard. Due to difficult personal circumstances, the house was in a neglected state. But where some might only see the surface, Julian looked with understanding, without judgment, and with full attention to the story behind it. He really listened. And during viewings, when viewers sometimes quickly formed an opinion, he immediately defended us. “You don’t know what happened here,” he said. “The man who lived here fought three times for the Netherlands in Afghanistan. 30 Jul 2025We had an appraisal done here, as well as with Boumij for comparison. The difference between the two appraisals was over €85,000. Ultimately chose Boumij, and they actually sold the house for a much higher value. This clearly indicates that VDH Wonen is less familiar with the market. When we wanted to approach VDH Wonen to understand where the difference came from, they were not willing to discuss it. Very disappointing. Addition to the response of VDH: I actually worked with this party and provided substantive proof of this. After I stated that I would not deviate from my position, they made it unnecessarily personal. An extra reason to give 1 star.

08 Sep 2025In one word; 'terrible'. This concerns mortgage advice in Leerdam, not the real estate agency, actually not even worth one star. There is no communication, nothing is responded to and promises are not kept, just one big silence, so you get absolutely nothing out of it. Never again for me.

08 Aug 2025I usually don't write reviews, but very satisfied with the entire sales process. Important criteria here are the fast and adequate communication, both with realtor Mark Bikker and the photographer (with a very beautiful result) as well as at the office. Good transparent agreements about all steps in the process where the seller is invited and taken along in the decisions to be made. Definitely recommended.
