She has once again managed to successfully sell a beautiful two-under-one-roof house in Houten-Oost. What truly sets her apart for us is the fact that she made everything as easy as possible for us. She is clear and friendly in her communication and relieved us of so many things, often taking initiative. Even when our administrative paperwork didn't go smoothly, she helped us get it done anyway. Denise is a real estate agent who truly thinks along with her clients and is incredibly flexible and extremely patient! In addition, she was very understanding of our situation and managed to facilitate this process for us in various ways. Despite the emotional burden, we can sell the house with peace of mind to very nice and respectful buyers. Which was really a plus for us. Here too, Denise listened and respected our wish. All in all, we can only conclude that Denise truly does this work with love, which is clearly reflected in the numbers. We have never encountered a real estate agent like Gerald. His enthusiasm and personal approach were truly special. Instead of simply letting us “look around,” as we were used to with previous agents, Gerald showed us around as if it were his own home. He took the time to make us feel comfortable, which we really appreciated. It felt as though he was genuinely involved and not just completing a viewing. Unfortunately, the location of this property wasn’t what my wife wanted, but Gerald gave us a great tip to register on a website. That has given us new energy in our search for a house. The first time we were looking for a property in the Netherlands. We weren't even in the Netherlands when we did so. Melvin is a good listener. He listened to all our wishes and requirements, made a shortlist of houses that were on the market, and after the second (online) viewing, we had our first house in a new country. He also knows the market and all the details about it. That helps with the negotiation and bidding process. After living in a rental property for 1.5 years, we decided to buy a home of our own. When I arrived there, I was lost without information about the building, because there were multiple identical ones. Despite calling him several times, he didn't answer his phone.
