After some (pre)search work, we eventually ended up at Het Fundament. After the first contact, this immediately felt right. Natascha is accessible, honest, kind and takes her profession seriously. She thinks along about practical and financial matters, gives advice and makes you look at a house in a slightly different way. The second(!) bid that we made on Natascha’s advice was accepted and as of Monday we are officially the proud owners of our home! Without Het Fundament this would most likely not have been possible and/or would have caused us a lot of stress. They guide the process from beginning to end, they think about things we ourselves wouldn't think about. They have a personal approach with easy access contact. I invited 2 brokers with a large network and reputation from my Region. Reinerie was initially cheaper with their commission and agreed on my asking price. Really well arranged. Beautiful photos were placed, viewings were arranged super quickly and they were present at the building inspection and appraisal. Date unknownTerrible experience with this real estate agency. I was interested in a property that Reinerie put up for sale in IJsselstein. After an offer and then a higher offer, I was called by my purchasing agent. Congratulations, the bid has been accepted, the house is yours. Subsequently, everything was set in motion at the bank for financing. Then, after a few days, I was called back. Unfortunately, the party is off; a higher bid came in. Well, I wasn't up for this kind of games, you can figure it out yourself. Everyone is warned. Don’t cheer too early if this broker calls you with the message: congratulations, your offer on our client's property has been accepted. Don't fall for it! Additionally (after response from Reinerie): It's remarkable that Reinerie blames my purchasing agent, but that says everything about this real estate agency. Now I already knew that a verbal agreement is not legally binding. I don’t need a purchasing agent for that. So now I am to blame? So I shouldn’t have told my children, family and friends the good news yet? It seems to me this is about 'decency' and 'professionalism', and not about the ruling of the Supreme Court of December 9, 2011. Our purchasing agent has indicated that they rarely experience this. The task of a selling broker - as a professional party - is now precisely to avoid these kinds of unpleasant issues. After all, it’s not a Marketplace sale of an old sofa. With a lot of interest in a property, a 'sale by tender' is better for all parties involved. Reinerie has also broken their own glasses (and that of the client), because I had no desire to negotiate further. And I am leaving other properties from Reinerie on Funda alone.

Date unknownVery dissatisfied with the service provided by Overduyn. They make crucial mistakes, have a terrible sales technique, and when you file complaints, you get absolutely nothing. Our house was sold well purely by luck, definitely not due to Overduyn's efforts. I would never choose them again. Rather pay more for a good real estate agent!! The response below to this review says a lot about Overduyn's practices. A negative review and you are (falsely) accused of slander, extortion, unfair and illegal activities. Paul Smit turned out to be a very unpleasant person who you would rather not do business with.

Dear Hermine, Thank you for your review. The situation however turned out quite differently from our point of view but…you did at least keep one promise to speak badly about us if we didn't give a discount. Situation; You called around to brokers beforehand (as you yourself indicated) and were looking for the lowest brokerage fee. Despite the competitive brokerage fee, we pulled out all the stops to sell your property as well as possible. We got started and you chose to place listening devices during the viewing. In this, you felt that we informed the viewer too favorably about the house and the dated condition in which the house was located. However, that party did pay a very good price with favorable conditions afterwards. Given the result, we viewed precisely so that the candidate had confidence in us and knew what kind of property they were going to buy. The above story was discussed together during a personal meeting and it quickly became clear that you were looking for a discount on the brokerage fee. And if we didn’t give this, then we would get bad reviews. This feels unfair and like blackmail while we actually haven't done anything wrong. Therefore, we did not comply with your request for a discount because it is simply unjustified and if that means we will get a bad review because of it, that's a shame. We offered to discuss this personally again but you felt that was unnecessary. For that reason, it’s remarkable that you blame us for getting 0 on the appeal while there has been a personal meeting and you yourself rejected a second meeting, based on our initiative. Furthermore, the inspection also didn't go as it should because you also failed to keep your appointments, to the buyer, here. And therefore we compensated the buyer because we felt that the buyer shouldn’t be the victim of your actions. Dear Hermine, we fight daily with all commitment and enthusiasm for our clients. We brokers are also people and hope to be treated as such just like we do towards our clients. We can also make mistakes and then we will be the last to not want to admit it and resolve it to everyone's satisfaction but based on an honest story. We hope that with this response following your review you will (in) see your own share and otherwise treat people differently. Nevertheless, we wish you all the best in your new home. 01 Aug 2025We are incredibly grateful for the guidance of Sylvia from Mutters Makelaars during the sale of our house. Our situation was quite unique: the house had to be sold while we were already living in America. During our short stay in the Netherlands preceding the sale, Sylvia – together with Manuela at the office – fantastically helped us. They truly guided us through the entire process. Not only professionally, but also with all sorts of practical matters that you would normally do yourself if you were in the Netherlands: arranging the appointment with the notary, helping with cleaning the last rooms in the house, explaining all legal terms (many of which were quite unfamiliar to us after 25 years outside the Netherlands), and even helping to remove the last belongings from the property. Sylvia and Manuela were always available, thought along with us and gave us the feeling that we could fully trust them – and that proved to be true. They were a tremendous support in a situation that otherwise could have been quite stressful. Absolutely top! We can wholeheartedly recommend Sylvia and the team of Mutters Makelaars!

01 Mar 2025The sale of our farm on the Lingedijk went wonderfully (in retrospect). The personal contact and communication with Sylvia van Zandvoort was excellent. The initial preparation to present the house involved expert discussions with many valuable and tailored tips and hints as to what is important for interested people. For controversial topics, diplomatic solutions were always found, which I was satisfied with. The explanation of all documents made was excellent. Ultimately, it was a great surprise to me how quickly our farm succeeded with mutual (seller/buyer) agreement. Here I must say, thanks to the fantastic guidance from the real estate agency. Highly recommended!

Makelaars and arranged our mortgage through them — and again we are very satisfied! You are really taken care of, the service is complete: from sales to mortgage advice, everything is professionally and personally guided and the people are nice too. When selling our house, a whole team was ready to help – from specialized stylists to professional photographers. They really know how to show your home in its best light on the market. In addition, they create a beautiful brochure in the form of a lifestyle magazine, which makes your house really stand out. The mortgage advice was also excellent: clear explanation, practical advice and always willing to think along with possibilities. What we particularly appreciated was that they were always easily accessible for a chat, to clarify matters or to think along where necessary. Furthermore very handy: they can also help you with your tax return! Both the real estate agents and the mortgage advisors communicate pleasantly, are easy to reach and work quickly. In short: an involved and reliable party that we wholeheartedly recommend!

08 Aug 2025My thanks to Peter Weitgraven for everything he and the rental team from Leuk! real estate agents have done in recent weeks. I am incredibly happy with my little apartment in Leerdam. Pain in my whole body from carrying and climbing stairs, but it was more than worth it! I want to give Peter and the entire rental team a big compliment. The contact and the way they handle things is very pleasant and human. Everything went very quickly after all, and the realization that I finally have my own place again is only now sinking in. Yes, I am a big guy, but I did shed a tear of happiness. Thanks again, compliments, a deep, deep bow. I can recommend Leuk! real estate agents to anyone looking for an agent regardless of whether it's for rent or purchase. Pleasant, honest, businesslike in a friendly personal way.
