21 Sep 2024Buying a house these days, that’s not an easy task. After we tried it ourselves, we ultimately wanted to enlist the help of a buyer's agent. After some (pre)search work, we eventually ended up at Het Fundament. After the first contact, this immediately felt right. Natascha is accessible, honest, kind and takes her profession seriously. She thinks along about practical and financial matters, gives advice and makes you look at a house in a slightly different way. The second(!) bid that we made on Natascha’s advice was accepted and as of Monday we are officially the proud owners of our home! Without Het Fundament this would most likely not have been possible and/or would have caused us a lot of stress. They guide the process from beginning to end, they think about things we ourselves wouldn't think about. They have a personal approach with easy access contact. The initial preparation to present the house involved expert discussions with many valuable and tailored tips and hints as to what is important for interested people. For controversial topics, diplomatic solutions were always found, which I was satisfied with. The explanation of all documents made was excellent.
