Look: selling (ver-) a house and that mortgage business is just a hassle. But we have now sold our house for the second time through Leuk! Makelaars and arranged our mortgage through them — and again we are very satisfied! You are really taken care of, the service is complete: from sales to mortgage advice, everything is professionally and personally guided and the people are nice too. When selling our house, a whole team was ready to help – from specialized stylists to professional photographers. They really know how to show your home in its best light on the market. In addition, they create a beautiful brochure in the form of a lifestyle magazine, which makes your house really stand out. The mortgage advice was also excellent: clear explanation, practical advice and always willing to think along with possibilities. What we particularly appreciated was that they were always easily accessible for a chat, to clarify matters or to think along where necessary. Furthermore very handy: they can also help you with your tax return! Both the real estate agents and the mortgage advisors communicate pleasantly, are easy to reach and work quickly. In short: an involved and reliable party that we wholeheartedly recommend!

A point we would have appreciated is more/clearer communication. Let us know when the buyers have signed, also when the purchase is ultimately final, a small effort and so nice.. When determining the energy label, we were not aware that receipts for insulation etc. would be requested. We would have preferred to look this up in advance rather than afterwards. It's incredibly disappointing that a broker who calls themselves 'nice' turns out not to be so nice at all. When registering for a new construction project, it is repeatedly stated that it happens through lottery to guarantee equal chances. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be the case. If you take your mortgage advice from them, of course, you will be favored so they can collect commissions. If you indicate that you have a house they can sell, you don’t even need to participate in the lottery and automatically get the house of your choice assigned. Beginners don't even get a chance to build anything this way. When they could make a positive impact in this bizarre housing market, they choose money. All in all, this is not a fair brokerage firm and it is not recommended to do business with them. It’s a waste of your time and enthusiasm because cronyism and money are their priorities.
