Een heel prettig contact gehad met deze makelaar,, heeft een down to earth benadering. En neemt de tijd die nodig is om een huis tot zijn recht te laten komen. Het is een relatief klein familiebedrijf en beschikt toch over alle faciliteiten.

Na vele aankoopmakelaars onderzocht te hebben, hadden we de hoop een beetje opgegeven: veel bieden ontzettend weinig service voor heel erg veel geld. Totdat we per toeval bij “van Geffen makelaardij” kwamen en we enthousiast werden van het feit dat ze op basis van wat je nodig hebt een prijs kunnen maken. We konden al snel een kennismaking met Paul maken en hij hielp ons realistisch maar positief naar de woningmarkt te kijken. Paul is een ontzettend vriendelijke, joviale en sociale man. We hebben uiteindelijk veel langer bij hem gezeten dan we gepland hadden. Hij heeft echt oog voor de persoon en wilt jou leren kennen. Hun werkwijze is duidelijk en het contact is warm en snel. Nadat onze wensen duidelijk waren, heeft hij ons direct aangemeld bij zijn website en kregen wij dagelijks het woningaanbod doorgestuurd gekregen. In totaal hebben we 3 bezichtigingen gedaan waarvan 2 samen met Paul. Hij keek kundig mee naar de staat van het huis en heeft ons geholpen met het biedingsproces. Toen wij op vakantie waren, heeft hij verder onderhandeld waardoor we na 3 bezichtigingen een huis hebben gekocht! Een huis die boven onze verwachtingen, aansluit bij onze wensen en budget. Paul is tot en met de sleuteloverdracht bij ons gebleven en heeft ons het hele proces begeleid. Wij zijn er van overtuigd dat we zonder “van Geffen makelaardij” dit huis niet gekocht hadden. Ik zou oprecht iedereen Paul aanraden!
