    Look: selling (ver-) a house and that mortgage business is just a hassle. But we have now sold our house for the second time through Leuk! Makelaars and arranged our mortgage through them — and again we are very satisfied! You are really taken care of, the service is complete: from sales to mortgage advice, everything is professionally and personally guided and the people are nice too. When selling our house, a whole team was ready to help – from specialized stylists to professional photographers. They really know how to show your home in its best light on the market. In addition, they create a beautiful brochure in the form of a lifestyle magazine, which makes your house really stand out. The mortgage advice was also excellent: clear explanation, practical advice and always willing to think along with possibilities. What we particularly appreciated was that they were always easily accessible for a chat, to clarify matters or to think along where necessary. Furthermore very handy: they can also help you with your tax return! Both the real estate agents and the mortgage advisors communicate pleasantly, are easy to reach and work quickly. In short: an involved and reliable party that we wholeheartedly recommend!

    My thanks to Peter Weitgraven for everything he and the rental team from Leuk! real estate agents have done in recent weeks. I am incredibly happy with my little apartment in Leerdam. Pain in my whole body from carrying and climbing stairs, but it was more than worth it! I want to give Peter and the entire rental team a big compliment. The contact and the way they handle things is very pleasant and human. Everything went very quickly after all, and the realization that I finally have my own place again is only now sinking in. Yes, I am a big guy, but I did shed a tear of happiness. Thanks again, compliments, a deep, deep bow.     Unfortunately, I cannot give less than 1 star. My father finally found the property he wanted. He was there right away, as we were one of the first to call and would be called back as soon as more info was available because it is a new construction project. Several weeks later, I called myself to find out what the status was. Answer: yes, everything has already been sold! HOW!? He was one of the first to call and Witte / Brugge Makelaars were supposed to call him back! Now he can say goodbye to the apartment he waited years for to come up for sale because Witte Makelaars treats their 'customers' like this. Truly not even worthy of 1 star!

    I was well assisted by Stuij en van Dijk real estate agents. All staff were friendly and easy to reach when I had questions. Time is taken for you and there is personal contact.     Really nice company if you need temporary living space. You are helped quickly and the houses they have I find quite beautiful. The only downside is telephone accessibility, that's only in the morning. But via email they are very quick with answers.

    Martin is a pleasant realtor. Locally based, he has extensive knowledge of the homes in the area and keeps a close eye on the market.     With their long experience, our house was priced very well. It was clearly pointed out what the weak points of our home were. Good indications of what easy and low-hanging fruit there was to improve the facade. Transparency about expected costs was given right away.
