10 Jan 2025Mijn vrouw en ik willen graag onze ervaring met Gerald delen. Vanaf het moment dat we de woning bezochten, werden we ontzettend hartelijk door hem verwelkomd. We hebben nog nooit een makelaar meegemaakt zoals Gerald. Zijn enthousiasme en persoonlijke benadering waren echt bijzonder. In plaats van ons simpelweg “kijk maar rond” te laten doen, zoals we bij eerdere makelaars gewend waren, leidde Gerald ons rond alsof het zijn eigen woning was. Hij nam de tijd om ons op ons gemak te stellen, wat we erg waardeerden. Het voelde alsof hij écht betrokken was en niet zomaar een bezichtiging afwerkte. Helaas was de ligging van deze woning niet naar wens voor mijn vrouw, maar Gerald gaf ons een geweldige tip om ons in te schrijven op een website. Dat heeft ons nieuwe energie gegeven in onze zoektocht naar een huis. Kortom, Gerald is een makelaar die zijn vak met passie uitoefent en echt oog heeft voor zijn klanten. Bedankt, Gerald, voor de fijne ervaring!

01 Mar 2025De verkoop van onze boerderij aan de Lingedijk liep (achteraf gezien) prachtig. De persoonlijke contact en communicatie met Sylvia van Zandvoort was uitstekend. De eerste voorbereiding om het huis te presenteren waren deskundige gesprekken met veel waardevolle en getailleerde tips en hints wat voor geïnteresseerde mensen belangrijk is. Voor controversiële onderwerpen werden steeds diplomatieke oplossingen gevonden waar ik tevreden over was. De uitleg van alle gemaakte documenten was uitstekend. Uiteindelijk was het voor mij een grote verrassing hoe snel onze boerderij met wederzijdse (verkoper/koper) overeenkomst lukte. Hier moet ik wel zeggen, dankzij de fantastische begeleiding van de makelaardij. Alleen maar aan te bevelen!

Daarna hebben we Via Joop als aankoopmakelaar in de arm genomen. Super fijn! Zo veel kennis over huizen en de woningmarkt. Én mensenkennis. Joop schatte goed in wat wij zochten en nodig hadden. Hij hielp ons dat scherp te houden. En daarnaast was het ook altijd super gezellig! Het hele team is erg persoonlijk en vriendelijk. 03 Apr 2024Wij hebben de dienstverlening heel goed ervaren. Oprecht, enthousiast en al snel vertrouwd. We kijken met een tevreden lach op ons gezicht terug. Niek is een vrolijke jongen, enthousiast, kundig en recht door zee. Wij zagen de verkoop van het huisje niet snel gebeuren, maar Niek zette ons een andere bril op. Hij heeft wat foto's gemaakt, op sociale media geplaatst en met een week was ons huisje verkocht. Dat scheelde ons heel veel kopzorgen. Echt top! Het contact was heel prettig en hij hield ons van elke stap op de hoogte. Nogmaals: wij zijn dankbaar en blij!
