When purchasing our first home, we had several bad experiences with Boer Real Estate. We were pressured on multiple fronts in an unprofessional manner. Also, the owner was hostile to us on the phone. For the sellers it's apparently a nice experience (as also shown by the reviews), but take into account that buyers are treated very poorly. Boer Real Estate also created an unpleasant atmosphere between the buyers and sellers by not communicating clearly and providing incorrect information. All of this happened, however, without the sellers being aware of it, so in the end we only contacted directly.
