Even when I went against his advice, he continued to think along and cooperated smoothly. He is creative, solution-oriented, and really thinks with you. Despite the enormous pressure on the housing market, I never felt like a number with Van Rhijn Makelaars. They were involved, fast, and always accessible. My house was ultimately sold well, and I was completely relieved of responsibility throughout the process. If you want to sell your property in Gouda or the surrounding area, then, as far as I'm concerned, Van Rhijn Makelaars is the right choice. 17 Dec 2024Bad experience with a nasty aftertaste. Does not honor agreements, is careless and unreasonable. Agreements made in move account were not kept. Incorrect data published in both the move account and the funda advertisement. When inquiring with the broker about this, he reacted defensively and extremely unreasonably. And washing hands of innocence. As a result, we have been misled and had to incur high extra costs. Afterwards, when asking around, other people shared a similar experience. Our advice would be not to enter into business with this real estate agent.

For the sale of my mother's house, we were guided by Hans Konings. He is honest and clear about what can and cannot be done. Very helpful, even with the buying party who did not have a real estate agent. Everything arranged from A to Z. Always responds quickly, even in the evening or on weekends. Always keeps his appointments. In short, I am very satisfied with this real estate agent.

He guided us well through the sales process, and was the only one of the three brokers we had invited who came up with the good idea to have photos taken during our vacation. That pragmatic attitude is characteristic of Hans and decisive in our choice for him. We have not regretted that. Hans adapts easily and is flexible in his approach. He listens well to wishes and then gives good advice. He always responded within a day to our questions and he kept appointments. After some setbacks in our own purchase process, he recommended another skilled purchasing broker, Kersten. Which made us feel enormously helped. We can confirm, as several reviews already say, that Hans is a friendly, honest and skilled broker!

He has all the good qualities of a good Real Estate Agent: a. Electrified response, so fast even during his vacation. Always ready to answer all questions, especially because we are expats, we have more questions about the process, the neighborhood etc. B. Very well informed about the area, the market and always willing to share advice based on his experience. C. We relied exclusively on his advice and guidance and was always ready to help outside of his reach. He even answered our mortgage-related questions. Hans, you really should take this job too, because you are too good. D. He has good contacts and repo's with other real estate agents in the market which is a bonus point or an advantage would say compared to others. 13 Jun 2025The reason I came to Blauw Makelaars was that when I myself was looking for a house (years ago) I was impressed by how professionally but kindly Robert conducted the viewings. Kindly informing but not pushing for a sale. When I put my house up for sale, he only reinforced this image. Robert is accessible as an agent to both the buyer and his client, has clear communication and keeps his appointments. Blauw is a small office with Robert, Vincent and Floris with an excellent reputation in Gouda and surrounding areas. You are always approached personally and realistic expectations are made and realized. During the sales process I received clear and good advice and actively thought with me about how we could sell the house as well as possible. I also liked working with a fixed price, as Robert explained it himself; if there is an offer significantly above the asking price in this crazy market, that does not mean that an agent has done better or more work, it's strange to ask for a higher compensation for it. Date unknownTerrible experience with this real estate agency. I was interested in a property that Reinerie put up for sale in IJsselstein. After an offer and then a higher offer, I was called by my purchasing agent. Congratulations, the bid has been accepted, the house is yours. Subsequently, everything was set in motion at the bank for financing. Then, after a few days, I was called back. Unfortunately, the party is off; a higher bid came in. Well, I wasn't up for this kind of games, you can figure it out yourself. Everyone is warned. Don’t cheer too early if this broker calls you with the message: congratulations, your offer on our client's property has been accepted. Don't fall for it! Additionally (after response from Reinerie): It's remarkable that Reinerie blames my purchasing agent, but that says everything about this real estate agency. Now I already knew that a verbal agreement is not legally binding. I don’t need a purchasing agent for that. So now I am to blame? So I shouldn’t have told my children, family and friends the good news yet? It seems to me this is about 'decency' and 'professionalism', and not about the ruling of the Supreme Court of December 9, 2011. Our purchasing agent has indicated that they rarely experience this. The task of a selling broker - as a professional party - is now precisely to avoid these kinds of unpleasant issues. After all, it’s not a Marketplace sale of an old sofa. With a lot of interest in a property, a 'sale by tender' is better for all parties involved. Reinerie has also broken their own glasses (and that of the client), because I had no desire to negotiate further. And I am leaving other properties from Reinerie on Funda alone.
