I bought my apartment with Viavesta three years ago. Now it was time for a bigger house with my partner, and since I was satisfied last time, I chose Viavesta again. This time for the search for a house with a garden and garage in specific neighborhoods in Gouda and the sale of the current apartment. - There is always someone reachable and they work with an app group and Move (website where all info and progress of your purchased home and to be sold...)

Ultimately, I paid €750 without even buying a house. The service was frankly disappointing: barely any guidance, weak communication, and no real involvement during viewings or negotiations. I had already expressed my concerns early on, but nothing changed. Ultimately, they let me pay for a service that yielded me nothing. Avoid this at all costs.

Very disappointing guidance received from this office during the sale of our house. They use prices that are at the top of the market, but the service certainly doesn't match. In particular, the communication during the process is mediocre, but also regarding actions taken we have major question marks afterwards. Examples of this are: -Drone photos were not taken in accordance with the appointment. Done anyway after complaint -Very unclear communication about the term for listing the property on funda. Much longer than indicated -Very mediocre communication after viewings. The ultimate buyer had much more interest in the property than appeared from the information provided by the real estate agent. -Subsequently, based on this deficient information, an offer well below the asking price was accepted within two weeks of placement. We are ultimately responsible for this ourselves, but the information from the real estate agent plays a major role here. Afterwards you wonder why you didn't just waited (there was an appointment for a second viewing by another party, note for the next day), but the real estate agent increases the pressure and says that you need to act quickly. After agreement, there is then little rush in drawing up the purchase contract which is very contradictory. -When registering for signing with the notary, the real estate agent indicates that the buyer can report minor defects to the real estate agency within a few days. Apart from the fact that there is a legal duty of investigation and a notification obligation to which we have fully complied, this is a matter between buyer and seller. Acting in this way is strange and not in the client's interest. A very bitter aftertaste remains from the entire sales process and I would always look for another real estate agent in this region.

Everything went as expected. The conditions were also perfect and the interest on the website proved sufficient.

Also our second house sold through Hofstede Makelaardij. We experienced the sales process again as very pleasant. Good friendly contacts and plenty of clarity. In short, a good expert party for selling a home.

At Alpha Real Estate in Gouda, viewings are overcrowded, making it almost impossible to have a chance at a property. This leads to wasted time for the consumer. My experience was disappointing and I would advise others to moderate their expectations.

Very bad service! They forget to request property viewings. Furthermore, they said they would provide fantastic service, but now we suddenly have to arrange everything ourselves. They promise a lot, but nothing comes of it.
