Had a super unfriendly tour. We asked some questions about the house, but he didn't want to answer them, because it was all in the brochure anyway and apparently we had to pore over it from A to Z beforehand. The real estate agent himself hadn’t done this either, because he didn’t know the answer to a single question. He also didn't have any documentation with him to look it up. There was a lot of interest in the house and you could clearly tell that the fish was already caught.

From the beginning I felt that I was dealing with a very professional and serious real estate agent. The house hunting process went faster than we expected. Lianne and her team advised us very well and every time something came on the market, DB Makelaars pinged us to make sure we were aware of it. They defended our offer for the house very committedly and thanks to their fantastic work, we bought the house quite easily. Absolutely, I would recommend DB Makelaars to everyone, for us it was very simple, they arrange everything! By the way, they can speak Spanish, which was also very useful for us.

They have houses for rent, but then only for Dutch people.
