Het contact verliep makkelijk. Ook in de tijd tussen de aankoop en overdracht is de makelaar meerdere keren mee geweest naar de woning ivm een gebrek. De afhandeling hiervan heeft hij prima opgepakt. Het personeel op kantoor was meelevend en behulpzaam. Kortom voor ons de juiste makelaar!

First of all, if I handed in the house in 'very dirty condition', as you say, I cannot file a complaint, because that is my fault. I found the way in which 'Valerie' handled my questions unpleasant; I have the feeling that tenant and owner were not treated in the same way. Moreover, there were many withholdings announced after I had left the house, not during the inspection itself. Later, when I disagreed with it, you shifted the responsibility for the deposit to the owner, which was never told to me in our preliminary sales agreement.
