I lived for 16 months at Teylersplein 2 in Nieuwveen. They rent out apartments without any regret, with insulation and leakage problems. You're freezing cold in the winter and you're baking in the summer. The fridge has no freezer compartment. The neighbors make noise and it doesn't matter to them if it stops. There are trash bags outside all day long. This building was previously a bank office, it has all sorts of problems that regular houses don't have. Avoid.
