Na het overlijden van mijn vader in februari 2024 kwamen wij voor de verkoop van zijn appartement in Baarn aanvankelijk in contact met een makelaar die een bizar laag verkoopvoorstel had opgesteld. Dit motiveerde ons om een second opinion in te winnen, waarna we al snel in contact kwamen met Edwin van Majoor Makelaars. Geheel vrijblijvend gaf hij ons op locatie zijn kundige advies. Dit voorstel lag een stuk hoger en was veel reëler. Bovendien was ons gevoel bij het contact met Majoor meteen een stuk beter: kundig, initiatiefrijk en vol positieve energie. Dit gaf ons alle vertrouwen in een goede afloop, en dat bleek ook volledig uit te pakken. We zijn er ontzettend blij mee! Echt een aanrader voor iedereen die zoekt naar een team van deskundige en betrokken makelaars in het midden van het land!
