The worst experience I've ever had with a car rental company - slow communication and downright rude.

I rented and eventually bought a property through Rappange. I have always been very well assisted by Daan and the other colleagues. Thanks to the quick and professional help, we were able to complete the purchase of the house quickly. I can therefore certainly recommend Rappange.

If you are a landlord, do not let potential tenants have to deal with this terrible company. I was extremely disappointed with my experience of viewing apartments through Rappange. I thought we had built a good relationship with the agent, Chloe, but after we registered for the first apartment, she did not respond for more than two weeks. All she told us was that we had not gotten the apartment, but she made the entire process as painful as pulling out a rotten tooth. Ridiculous. With another apartment, we had to deal with another, older agent who was incredibly rude and arrogant. Whoever you are, if you're reading this, your job is to show people apartments. Act normally for once.

Extremely disappointed with Rappange's service – think twice before hiring them! (0 STARS!) Since purchasing our apartment a year ago, we have had an incredibly frustrating experience with Rappange as our service provider. In just one year, we have been shuffled between 3 different account managers. Here are my main complaints: 1) Inefficient communication: It is a constant struggle to get clear information from Rappange. Emails and phone calls often go unanswered for days, weeks, or even months. 2) Lack of follow-up: Problems remain unresolved and there are no updates unless we repeatedly inquire about progress. Constant need to chase after them: We have to proactively and repeatedly contact them to receive updates or solutions for ongoing issues. 3) No leadership: It appears that nobody is in charge or willing to take responsibility and lead the handling of problems, leaving us in a constant state of uncertainty. 4) General dissatisfaction: It has been a year of continuous disappointment with their services, clearly indicating that their customer support is seriously lacking. 5) Refusal to share contract: We have been waiting for more than 6 months for the contract we signed with them, which means we do not fully understand the details of our agreement and our rights. I strongly advise anyone considering Rappange for property management to reconsider this decision. Based on our experiences, their approach to customer service and problem-solving is fundamentally flawed and has only made our challenges worse instead of solving them.

What a rip-off by an estate agency! They held our deposit for more than two months and charged us all sorts of fees that weren't in the inspection report and were also extremely high. If you're considering renting from them, especially at Van Eeghenstraat 105-2 in Amsterdam, please don't do it, you're guaranteed to regret it.

I've been waiting for a new refrigerator for more than 2 months and keep trying to contact them, but unfortunately that doesn't work and they don't respond to my emails. In addition, I terminated the rental agreement after three years because I found another home. But I had to wait more than three weeks and send two reminder emails to get my deposit back. Upon delivery, everything was agreed upon, as it was signed for, and then to withhold 800 euros without consultation, RAPPALLE !!!

In conflict with the law, Rappange blocks home swaps. This could lead to an expensive lawsuit given the damage they inflict on tenants in this way.
