Worst experience with a real estate agent ever. After having bought and sold multiple houses, this agent is clearly at the top when it comes to bad service, poor communication, and being unreachable, etc. He was supposed to send some documents, but he didn't do that. The closing date of the bid was moved several days, which he did not inform us about. At a certain moment, he no longer picked up the phone. My purchasing agent also couldn't get through to him over a period of several weeks. Two offers were made, but there was never any response received. When he finally picked up after several weeks, he acted as if it were strange that we hadn't heard anything, and again, after hanging up, there was never any further contact or response. I got a bad and shady feeling about this man, and he is also not registered as an official NVM real estate agent. My advice is not to sell your house through him, because it has been on the market for weeks or even months without any negotiations taking place.

This resulted in a strong advertisement that was exactly to my wishes. Also regarding the dates for viewings, Bob showed vision and flexibility. All in all, not only I, but also the buyer has retained a very good feeling about the transaction. An absolute recommendation.
