Even though buying your first one is quite stressful, we still look back with great pleasure on the collaboration with FEM. Expert advice and a personal approach. I can only say that we are very grateful to Fleur and Monique and will definitely contact them again if we sell our house in the future. 5 stars without a doubt!

Big 5 stars! Not only extremely skilled, but also personally involved! Viewings were always very carefully prepared and what I really appreciated was that even the critical notes were clearly addressed. Things you wouldn't notice yourself, Fleur immediately saw and pointed out. Very nice! During the sale, all preparations were taken over and everything was well guided. So I can say that both during purchase and sale I received excellent support and guidance, which meant a difficult process actually went very smoothly. Again, highly recommended!

Waiting a long time for the recommended selling price for my antique home near Leidse Plein and the advice was astonishing: SELL FOR THE WOZ VALUE, because the market has deteriorated and the apartment has no balcony...?? Also, selling and renting back I found to be nonsensical advice. All random estate agents gave much better advice. In ''Parool'' of September 7, 2022, it can be read that homes in Amsterdam are not getting cheaper but still rising approximately 4.5% per year
