Through Qamran, I experienced the difference of real estate agents - in a negative way. I chose based on the price of QB. My apartment was completely renovated in 2019 and has a new central heating boiler (2023) and bought-out leasehold. According to Qamran, it would be sold like that. However, another real estate agent warned me and was right. In 4 weeks only 1 viewer. So I switched to the other office and it was sold just like that (within 9 days). You think, all real estate agents do the same thing, but now I can confirm that cheap is also cheap and you are better off hiring an agent who costs a bit more and is realistic and prepares your house for sale because that's a separate profession. The other agent had over 30 viewings within 1 week and sold it for more than QB had promised me. My tip: carefully review the reviews on Funda and how long properties are listed for sale. Compare the presentations and ask thoroughly what they do for their courtage.

I have moved 47 times. 27 homes and houses were my property. I have met many brokers. Every conversation with a broker started with the asking price of the object. Then it was only about those costs of the broker such as: Photo-Video representation, personal engagement and finally the broker's sales percentage.
