We rent an apartment through Prestige Housing. Manuela presents herself as very professional and collaborative, but that is absolutely an illusion. When we moved in, we discovered that a number of things were broken and needed to be repaired. For some things it took more than six months to get them fixed, while quite a bit of money had to be paid monthly. She didn't allow me to contact the owner of the property myself to resolve some issues. Luckily he is very collegial and reasonable. Something that Manuela clearly isn’t. I would not recommend working with her as a tenant or real estate owner. Her way of communicating is very unpleasant and unreasonable.

Prestige Housing knows the Amsterdam rental market, has contacts with companies where expats work. I had my apartment for rent through a real estate agent for a month and it wasn't rented out. De makelaar heeft ons enorm goed geholpen. We hebben de woning met een sterk bod kunnen kopen terwijl we niet het hoogste bod hadden. De makelaar was erg nauw betrokken, we hadden deze woning niet gehad zonder de makelaar.

Fijne mensen die ons goed ondersteunden. Op vragen kregen we heel snel antwoord. Ook goed in de complexe materie van de erfpacht.

Joost is a really great realtor. He is knowledgeable, both technically and procedurally. He helped me with the sale of my apartment. Something that didn't seem too complex to me beforehand, but which turned out to involve much more fine-tuning and timing. He has a good view of the market and really knows what he's talking about. Truly very pleasant how he guides you through such a process, which you don't go through every day. Finally, he is particularly honest and funny too. It's starting to get a bit boring, but I can’t help but give him 5 stars. Really can’t think of anything he didn’t do optimally.

Wij hebben ons nieuwe huis succesvol gekocht via Nicolette, die ons vanaf het uitbrengen van het bod tot aan de ondertekening en het ophalen van de sleutels rustig heeft gehouden. Haar communicatie met alle partijen was persoonlijk en hartelijk, maar toch assertief waar nodig. Precies wat we zochten! Ik vertrouwde haar volledig en werkte al weer met haar samen als verkoopmakelaar voor mijn oude huis, waar ik ook erg blij mee was.

Eerlijk gezegd had ik nauwelijks ervaring met makelaars en hoorde ik vaak verhalen over hoge verdiensten en weinig toegevoegde waarde. Maar bij Patricia bleek dat beeld totaal niet te kloppen !
