Onderstaande is allemaal gebeurd in de tijdspanne van 1 jaar en 2 maanden. 1e afspraak voor de huurwoning was met Ronald, die vervolgens niet is komen opdagen, maar wel een collega had gestuurd om het over te nemen. De collega wist helemaal niks van de huurwoning af en was er voor spek en bonen. Het energielabel is overigens nooit met mij gedeeld, ook al heb ik dit meerdere keren gevraagd. De huurwoning was walgelijk toen deze werd opgeleverd. De douche was letterlijk geel en ik heb samen met familie de huurwoning moeten schoonmaken. Er was een contract voor onbepaalde tijd getekend met een "opzeggingsovereenkomst" van een jaar, wat volgens de wet niet mag. Rond het einde van het jaar zijn er veel pogingen gedaan om mij te intimideren. Ik zou een nieuw contract voor een half jaar of jaar moeten tekenen, anders moest ik de woning verlaten. Ronald weigerde om te communiceren via e-mail en wilde alleen telefonische gesprekken voeren. Nadat ik alle telefoontjes niet heb beantwoord, is er toch maar de keuze gemaakt om via WhatsApp berichten contact te leggen. In de tussentijd heb ik contact moeten opnemen met juristen die me hebben doorverwezen naar een advocaat, wat mij honderden euro's kostte, omdat de Kroon Makelaars zich niet aan de wet wil houden en overging op intimidatie. De advocaat heeft een brief moeten schrijven aan de Kroon Makelaars, wat uiteindelijk heeft geholpen. Vervolgens is de huurwoning erg slecht en zijn er veel gebreken; ramen konden niet open, ventilatie in de badkamer? Ho maar. Er is ook een zorgwekkende hoeveelheid vloerinzakking in de woning aanwezig waar niks aan gedaan gaat worden. Een week later is Ronald langsgekomen om hier notities en foto's van te maken. Er is toen een aannemer gekomen om de ramen te repareren, waardoor ze weer open kunnen, en er is ventilatie geplaatst in de badkamer, die gekoppeld is aan een lichtsensor die in de gemeenschappelijke schuur hangt. Als we de ventilatie aan willen zetten, moeten we even zwaaien naar de lichtsensor, zodat we 7 minuten ventilatie hebben. Nu probeer ik al sinds 26-01-2026 om de huurprijs te verlagen, waar de verhuurder tot op heden nog niet op heeft gereageerd. De huurwoning waar ik in zit is aan mij verhuurd als 'vrije sector'. Ik heb een puntentelling gedaan en ingevuld zoals bij de huurcommissie, waaruit blijkt dat de woning eigenlijk onder sociale huur valt, met een puntentelling van 114. Om deze redenen raad ik De Kroon Makelaars niet aan.
