Ik bood aan om hem zelf te vervangen, maar ze stonden erop hun aannemer in te schakelen en rekenden me € 572 aan – het dubbele van de marktprijs. Ik vond vergelijkbare kookplaten voor € 250-€ 300, maar ze negeerden mijn klachten. Ze rekenden ook € 335 aan voor het vervangen van een kleine vriezerdeur, wat absurd was. Kom op zeg, voor dat geld kun je een middelgrote vriezer kopen. In totaal hebben ze € 927 afgenomen zonder enig bewijs van reparaties te leveren en ondanks herhaalde verzoeken hebben ze niet gereageerd op mijn e-mails of telefoontjes.
