Ik raad iedereen die z'n huis wil verhuren of verkopen een samenwerking met Laurens aan. Ik heb zowel de verhuur als verkoop bij hem gedaan. Hij is kundig en betrouwbaar, snel in communicatie, iemand die meedenkt en oprecht betrokken is waardoor je rust en vertrouwen ervaart en dat is heel waardevol in zowel een verhuur- als een verkoop proces.

Uitstekende service! Het proces verliep soepel, de interacties waren erg prettig en we werden goed op de hoogte gehouden. Ik vond het ook fijn dat me niet werd verteld dat ik mijn roze trap moest overschilderen :) Integendeel, ik werd juist aangemoedigd om hem te houden (in tegenstelling tot andere makelaars die dit te veel vonden en mensen zouden afschrikken). Ik had hoge verwachtingen van deze makelaar, maar helaas was ik enorm teleurgesteld. We hadden een afspraak gemaakt voor een bezichtiging van een appartement, maar ze kwamen niet opdagen – geen telefoontje, geen berichtje, geen uitleg. Ik heb mijn tijd verspild met wachten en hun gebrek aan communicatie was ontzettend frustrerend. Als je op zoek bent naar een betrouwbare en professionele makelaar, raad ik je aan om deze makelaar te mijden.

Ze hebben me geholpen bij het huren van een geweldig appartement in het centrum van Amsterdam.
