Makelaardij Roos heeft ons goed begeleid, maar we snapten hun selectiecriteria niet toen er eenmaal aanmeldingen waren. Er bleven in de eerste ronde weinig mogelijke huurders over. En we snapten niet waarom wij ook nog moesten selecteren na hun eigen selectie, want na de eerste ronde bleven er geen mogelijke huurders meer over waardoor alles weer opnieuw begon en het dus langer duurde voordat er nieuwe mogelijke huurders waren.
