I would not recommend this person, who calls himself a 'broker', at all. What a flop of a broker,.. you can lower yourself so much as a broker, but if I read the previous reviews, that's his way of working! You ask for an honest appraisal, but he has already been in contact with the ex, and has also simply been through the property there. If you then indicate that you had to be present at the appraisal because it needs to be broken up and you want to know what is being said, then at that moment he tells you that he has already been through it! 😱 and that he has seen everything anyway, and that he would make a nice price out of it😡, and if you then indicate that he should give a value based on what the housing market does, then he gives such a low amount that makes absolutely no sense. Even when you ask for an official appraisal report, you get some A4 paper to see which states that the property has a value of x amount. Because I said that I disagree with how the appraisal went, and if he calls you whether I want to send my details and again indicate that the appraisal cannot be done this way, then they say I should sort it out with my whole K.T mess. What an unprofessional figure! No good word can be said about him!

A thumbs up would be nice. Very bad at digital communication. Calling is the option they offer so that a lot can be said to deny it afterwards, which we will not go along with after the messages I received and read in reviews about this broker. Email is the solution... then it's black on white from both sides what the agreements are. SOLVED?? Let me know!!!
