Class 1 nitpicker. Activated re: purchase appraisal for obtaining a mortgage. Description of the property in his appraisal report appears to be another house, with extra rooms. The home is more than 50% equipped with plastic window frames, HR++ glass, 100% roof insulation and 100% facade insulation. According to the report, none of that is present in the home!
