We hadden interesse in een woning en namen contact op voor een bezichtiging. Helaas werden we tijdens het telefoongesprek vooral benaderd met informatie over hypotheken, terwijl we op dat moment alleen een bezichtiging wilden plannen. Ook kregen we de indruk dat er weinig moeite werd gedaan om ons vriendelijk te woord te staan. Dit voelde voor ons niet klantgericht, en daarom hebben we besloten af te zien van verdere stappen. Jammer, want we waren serieus geïnteresseerd.

In the past 5 years, I have visited several homes in Germany that were offered through Oost real estate agency. Always a neat explanation, patience, open and honest advice. Ultimately, this year it was possible to find a suitable home via Oost real estate agency, and then the house was purchased, and that's not where it ends, because the support is great, even after the purchase! This is what you need as a buyer of a house in Germany. And it really is lovely living here. Actually, 6 stars are deserved, but only 5 can be given... Claudia and Marc Oost, thank you!
