Assessing a real estate agent is somewhat tricky because there's a large dependence on the actions of buyers, sellers, and the situation in the housing market. I have successfully sold my house through Synchro twice. I find that Synchro has a fun and enthusiastic team. I especially appreciate that Synchro is an honest real estate agent. I noticed that many agents in the area give you too high sales expectations in a housing market that was already becoming less favorable. Probably to secure the assignment. Synchro gave a realistic sales price and, looking back, they were close to that. The sales process seems smooth to me and actions are taken proactively. ZIEN24 is hired for the recordings and unfortunately things went wrong twice regarding appointments and delivery of the photos. That's why I can’t give five stars. But if I ever sell a property again, I will contact Synchro first!

Very poor service. Today I took time off work and also traveled for 2 hours for a viewing scheduled by this real estate agency. Upon arrival, I was informed by the owner that the property had already been sold and the viewing would no longer take place. I was not informed of this at all. These brokers apparently don't know what communication means.

I was buyer of a house which they were sold. Unfortunately, it only came out later that the house is very damp and in some rooms there was a lot of mold. What wasn't said and wasn't written in the sales documents. Unfortunately my fault myself, that I hadn't requested an inspection before buying. Otherwise all appointments easily scheduled, well reachable, friendly.

However, at 5:20 PM that same day we were told that there was a higher bid, and if we wanted to join in... I don't think that is allowed. The apartment had already been verbally allocated. We have since abandoned the purchase. A very strange course of events!

We encountered the employees of this real estate agency during our search for a home to buy. Communication via email was fine, and the appointment for viewing the property went smoothly. The appointment involved a joint open day for the property, with multiple brokers present. The brokers were friendly and informative. Despite the large turnout and interest, the brokers made time to provide us with the necessary information. We weren't pushed to make an offer.

Houses that have long been sold or are under offer remain on their own website and Funda for weeks without any mention of this. So you waste your time if you contact them about these properties, and they advertise houses that are already gone. Not recommended!

Provide little information, return after an appointment has been made. Could close better.
