After the official appraisal of our new house, they promised to come by our old house the following week on Thursday or Friday for a free value appraisal as agreed over the phone. However, they didn't show up on Thursday. So I called Friday morning to see what was going on. The man who answered the phone was in the car and promised to call back as soon as he was at the office to still fulfill the appointment. Now 1.5 months later, he still has to call back.....

Had an appraisal carried out for the valuation of a new-build property. The value was determined, however based on a quote from the construction company. For this, 550 euros was charged. Later it turned out that this valuation was too superficial. The bank did not agree with this method of valuation. Recently I confronted the real estate agent about this and his statement was 'I have done my job and if the report is unusable, that's a shame'. This realtor seems friendly, but when I asked critical questions he became grumpy and always passed the ball back to me. Apparently money is more important.
