Attention! Terrible handover with rubble which was promised to be gone before handover and a damage covered up with paint and a towel! The real estate agent is engaging in serious conflicts of interest.

Throughout the entire sales process, I was kept neatly informed by Geert and his team. Also readily available outside of office hours! He ultimately managed to sell our house for more than other houses in our street. Minus point; our property stood on funda as 'sold' for too long, in our opinion.
On the recommendation of someone, I ended up with Geert, not your typical real estate agent. I had selected a few agents in the area but once in conversation, Geert won out.
