Real estate agent was once late without informing anyone and also showed up completely unprepared (didn't even know where the light switch was). Moreover, during the third viewing they didn't show up at all. Additionally, they were not at all customer-friendly when scheduling appointments. I would not let my home be listed by this real estate agency.
