After a phone call, I was assured that ‘Tamara was on her way and had left plenty of time, so she should be there soon’. After half an hour, still no one.. again called back and then the truth came out: due to an ‘internal error’, there was actually no appointment at all. Very sloppy.. UPDATE BASED ON RESPONSE FROM RAMON MOSSEL We agreed on a date and time, after which you did indeed send me a confirmation, but it was incorrect! (See photos) Unless of course it’s my job to check if your confirmation emails match previous correspondence. In that case, it's my fault! So such a pedantic response as below seems out of place. Painful.
