Always friendly and professional help

Bad 1 word then that's already too much. Our death risk applied far too low, resulting in the possibility of having to sell our house upon death. You don't want this. Due to previous complaints, we were able to have a meeting about it. This conversation lasted only 3 minutes and quickly turned to whether we needed other means from them, such as a statement from RegioBank.

We have been a customer of Bles & Van der Does for about 4 years now. We are very satisfied with both the ladies at reception and the advisors themselves. Very accessible and approachable. Rarely in my life have I encountered such an unprofessional broker/organization. The communication throughout the process was poor and not transparent. At the front, a family member was talked into a monthly subscription that would cover all costs. After signing, various costs emerged afterwards and were interwoven in strange constructions. Following several conversations where we requested clarification, it was decided to stop all services and products with this club. If you want to be treated properly and pay a fair price, my advice is to go elsewhere.

Very unfriendly reception by an employee on the phone. We are very interested in a particular house. After 3 weeks, still no mention of 'under offer' or 'sold subject to contract'. As long as that is not stated, there is a chance it hasn't been sold yet, right? Or she didn’t want me to call anymore because it was apparently so obvious... I had indicated that our house could be sold by them. That also wasn't interesting. That's how you do business🙄 Customer service at its best

Well, what a brilliant name choice: 'Happy Living.' You almost think you’re stepping into a dream house as soon as you sign the purchase agreement. Unfortunately, that dream turns out to be more of a nightmare. I had already heard some rumors about this company, but now one of my best friends is literally standing with water up to his ankles and the realtor leaves him out in the cold without mercy, I can’t help but share this ‘warning.’ You would think that a company with such a cheerful name would give you a worry-free life, but apparently the only 'Happy' here is the moment you realize you’ve bought a dilapidated building. So, for those considering it: be warned! You might as well participate in 'Renovation Rescue' and hire Martijn Krabbé and John Williams. Because believe me, you’re going to need them.

A few weeks ago, we sold our apartment through Happy Living and bought a corner house through Happy Living. We are super happy and satisfied with their service. Really happy! 😇 …

Very bad experience. I contacted them with interest for a house. They said they would get back to me, which never happened, and when I called to follow up, I was treated like a scammer. I was treated very badly. Definitely not recommended.

Very positive experiences with Happy Living real estate agents. Sold 4 houses within a top timeframe and for a top price. Purchased 1 property. Where Ruud, as the purchasing agent, was very critical so that I didn't make a bad purchase. Ruud particularly sensed the feeling at the different houses well. Not once regretted going with Happy Living. Ruud and his team are excellent and make people HAPPY☀️☀️

Happy Living real estate agents is truly a recommendation! Ruud was both our sales and purchase broker. We experienced this as very positive. Our 'old' house was sold very quickly and for a top price, and during our search for our new home, he was very critical. For example, he saved us from a major mistake, a house with many defects that had not immediately been noticed by ourselves (and the seller concerned had not told us anything about it). We now have the keys to our new home and I can still contact Happy Living Real Estate Agents with all my questions.
