The contact with the real estate agent was good. The advice was to start with a lower price, as that would bring in a broader group of viewers. Yet I followed my own feeling and started 15,000 higher, which worked out well. At first I saw few or no appointments on 'move', later that was more than adequately made up in the app. There I also got all the 'reports' from the viewers. In short: Good real estate agent, very good local market knowledge, prime service!
