Van begin af aan goed contact. Heldere uitleg over wat ze wel en niet doen bij aankoopbegeleiding. Ook erg goed dat er altijd een bouwkundige meegaat bij de bezichtigingen. Die onafhankelijke blik direct bij de bezichtiging geeft gelijk helderheid over zaken die iemand zonder/met beperkte bouwkundige kennis over het hoofd ziet.
