If I could give zero stars, I would. Rotsvast was during my search for accommodation in Leeuwarden only unhelpful, rejecting and downright rude. I was homeless for a whole MONTH desperately looking for a place. Despite visiting their office several times, they could only tell me: 'send an email'. Guess what happened after sending those emails? A generic response: 'Not suitable for you because you are a student.' What makes it even worse is that for some of the more expensive properties, you had no problem renting to students. So it's not about being a student, but about profiting from people who are desperately looking for housing. And then the cherry on top: after my friend left a one-star review, you had the audacity to call me and ask why I gave you a bad review. Here is your answer: because your service is terrible. You didn't help me when I needed it most, you made an already stressful situation even worse, and you have proven that you care more about appearances than actually helping people. Absolutely avoid this agency if you value your time, money and common sense.

Do not rent homes from this organization!!!! After having a lot of trouble regarding a substandard property, we also had to chase after our deposit which was subsequently not fully reimbursed according to the agreements. A poorly managed organization where you constantly have to chase things.

Mr. had us evicted from our house after we repeatedly complained that our shower doors were falling off. Apparently, you're not supposed to complain about that AND you can then be threatened at your own door by this filthy guy! 5 months and a lawyer later, I finally got the deposit back which was mysteriously not paid out. No good words for this nasty guy!!
