We hebben ons huis gekocht met Robin als makelaar en we zijn ontzettend tevreden over de ervaring. We vonden het perfecte huis in minder dan een maand en het hele proces verliep van begin tot eind vlekkeloos. Robin was professioneel, reageerde snel en maakte alles gemakkelijk en stressvrij. Ik heb een fantastische ervaring gehad met Real Estate Ro. De verhuurder wilde het contract eerder dan de huurperiode beëindigen en Robin heeft zich enorm ingespannen om direct een andere woning voor me te vinden. Uiteindelijk heb ik dat aanbod niet aangenomen omdat ik een andere woning heb gevonden, maar ze hebben me wel de mogelijkheid gegeven om met een veel kortere opzegtermijn te verhuizen, wat ik erg waardeer. Robin en Berkay zijn heel makkelijk in de omgang, duidelijk en altijd behulpzaam. Ik heb een uitstekende ervaring met hen gehad en kan ze van harte aanbevelen!

I first sent Timon a message via WhatsApp with my preference for a certain type of house, my budget and any additional wishes. Within about a week he found a house that met those criteria. A viewing was arranged with three other candidates, after which I expressed my interest and submitted all the necessary documents. Timon supported me throughout the entire process and quickly answered all my questions. After the screening, I was offered the house; all of this within a week. I was particularly impressed because I had sought help quite late (three weeks before the end of my contract), but he still quickly found an excellent option for me. Timon is a professional who clearly understands the needs of his clients.
