I will not recommend Atenzijlstra in certain areas as a selling agent. They were unable to sell our house within six months. They blamed the house for being unattractive and proposed expensive solutions that gave us more headaches than peace of mind. After we paid a fine of approximately € 600,- for terminating our agreement with Atenzijlstra, changed to another broker, the property was sold with this new broker in less than 1 month. However, Atenzijlstra did help us connect with a good appraiser and a financial advisor. P.S. Hey, Henk! The answer below is incorrect. You and Geraldine did not react well when we inquired about marketing - including pricing strategy. Also your offer to use 3D imaging came too late. We would have appreciated it if you had given this advice at the beginning of the agreement, instead of months later after you failed to sell the house and we had to pay double mortgage payments for months. According to this realtor, lighting is not part of normal use of the property.
