My first impression of Frank Reede was positive and that he was a professional, but when it came down to it, he showed that he resolutely stood on the side of badly behaving landlords. Of course, that's how it is: the tenants move out, but the landlords remain in the city. He rented my apartment while I was still the legal tenant (even though I had moved) to other tenants, even though he knew that I was still the tenant and that the landlord had not agreed with me to shorten my end date and compensate me for the period. I am still the legal tenant of that apartment and have paid the rent until the end of this month. Nevertheless, the tenants that Frank found are living there. As a professional, Frank could have had a moderating, positive influence on a market with some bad landlord players. Instead, he chose to use the same ethics and practices as the worst predatory landowners.

We have enjoyed working with Frank from Next Move. Easily accessible and quick responses, a neat appearance, and a smooth handover of our rental property. In short, highly recommended.

Professional at the beginning but upon termination of the rental agreement, Frank sides with the landlord (notorious Mr. Huizinga) and I received back only half of my deposit due to their ‘creative’ interpretation of the notice period. Be careful! Respond to Frank's reaction; We signed a rental agreement for a minimum of 9 months with a notice period of 1 month from January 3rd. I indicated on September 1st that I wanted to terminate it as of October 3rd, respecting all contractual agreements. The landlord unilaterally decided to retain 1 extra month from my deposit and you support him because you don't want to lose his business, which is a shame.

Excellent service, I dealt with Mr. Frank Reede, who was helpful and efficient. Through his mediation, I found a furnished studio available for medium-term rental. I will not hesitate to contact him again when my lease expires.

The case regarding the evidence has been reported to the municipality. They do not respond to advertisements from foreigners (I received NO response at all when I sent it initially with a Polish-sounding surname). When my partner wrote from an English-sounding name, he was asked about his nationality and after this information he never received a reply despite having a very high salary (in this case, more than sufficient). A few days later, I wrote from a Dutch account and almost without questions (Frank) was ready to invite me to view the apartment and responded quickly. Such practices are currently illegal and the municipality agrees with that, so they have also taken action. I do not recommend them.

I wouldn't recommend it. The worst possible agency

Hi, In January I received a house through Frank service. He helped me to reach a solution quickly and resolve any problems in the house. There was no need for further investigation. He is a person who is very professional with a personal touch. I definitely recommend everyone to make use of his service and experience.

A house found via Funda which Next Move real estate agents are selling. We placed a bid and subsequently received a counter offer with which we agreed. Then immediately contacted a financial advisor to apply for a mortgage because we had a deal! Incidentally, we got the green light from the mortgage advisor because everything looks good from our side! Subsequently requested multiple calls to receive a purchase deed after which we heard that the property was being sold to someone else while in my opinion we had a verbal agreement because we agreed with the counter offer. Poor way of doing business and poor communication...

Poor customer service.

Do not do that! Addition following landlord's response: this concerned a property where selection was made in advance based on gender. This is in violation of the law.

Very nice realtor! Always accessible for all questions, thinks along and Frank is extremely friendly. Certainly, such pleasant realtors are scarce these days.

Even if you are looking for a tailor-made real estate agent where you can compose your own package (on the purchase and/or sale area), you are in excellent hands with Frank. Quiet man without excessive fuss who delivers on what he agrees with you. I am very satisfied!

It was a great experience and everything went perfectly smoothly.

Initially, contact with Mr. Reede was good and everything went as desired. However, after the viewing of a beautiful house, this is no longer the case at all. After sending several emails AND having called, we have heard nothing for 2 weeks. We chose this real estate agent because of the good reviews, unfortunately I can only speak of a disgrace. I certainly won't rent a property through this real estate agent!

As someone looking for a rental property, I had a bad experience with this agency in terms of communication. I would not recommend this company based on my own experience.

Requested a free valuation via a Facebook post in November. This was about 1/3 of the WOZ value, which is already remarkable. An email was sent about this and then an email was received back with the text '...will take care of an accurate valuation these days...'. To date, it is now January, nothing has been heard from them. You can't take a real estate agent like that seriously.

Total lack of communication and a very unclear website.
