Unfortunately, we have had a very bad experience with this real estate agent. After purchasing the house, it turned out there was a leak. At first, we received no response to our emails multiple times. Only after some time did they get in touch, but then we were mainly dismissed as if we were wrong and that a leak would not be possible. We provided several pieces of evidence, including a water detection report. Despite these documents, the real estate agent continues to insist that according to the salesperson there would have been no leak. However, they have never provided any evidence or documentation showing that the problem was actually resolved in the past. It remains statements from the salesperson, without any substantiation. During contact we were also told that the salesperson is related to the real estate agent. Because of this, unfortunately, we have felt that we are not being treated objectively and that our complaint is not taken seriously. Given the situation and the fact that we came with evidence, we find it very disappointing that no attempt is made to reach a solution. We had expected from a professional real estate agency another way of dealing with such problems.

Had a good experience! When the property I was interested in unfortunately had already been rented by someone else sooner, Frank helped me by immediately suggesting other comparable properties as options, including properties that would be available soon. Due to the high demand for properties (in general), it's of course still difficult to get in between or qualify for a property, and reserving properties that will be available soon is also not possible, but Frank did look for alternatives as soon as I showed interest in a property, which I really appreciated! This also despite my income situation: instead of only looking at numbers and rejecting me because I apparently didn't meet the income requirement on paper (which other real estate agents did), he gave me a chance to explain my situation, which allowed me -- in consultation with the landlord -- to qualify for a property.

My first impression of Frank Reede was positive and he seemed professional, but when it came down to it, he showed that he stands firmly on the side of poorly performing landlords. Of course, he does – tenants leave, but landlords stay in the city. He rented out my apartment to other tenants while I was still the legal tenant (although I have since moved), even though he knew I was still the tenant and that the landlord had not agreed to move up my end date and compensate me for this period. To this day, I am still the legal tenant of that apartment, with rent paid until the end of this month, but the tenants whom Frank found are still living there. As a professional, Frank could have had a moderating, positive influence on a market with several bad landlords. Instead, he chose to handle the same ethics and practices as the worst predatory landlords.

We have enjoyed working with Frank from Next Move. Easily accessible and quick responses, a neat appearance, and a smooth handover of our rental property. In short, highly recommended.

I recently rented an apartment through Next Move Makelaars and I am extremely satisfied with the experience. The real estate agent, Frank, was very efficient and responded quickly to my messages and all my questions. The apartment itself is located in a beautiful building; it is modern and in perfect condition, exactly as described. The entire process went quickly, smoothly, and without any problems. I greatly appreciate the excellent service and attention. If you are looking for a reliable real estate office with great homes, this is definitely a recommendation. Nijmegen is a difficult housing market and this office deserves from me 5 stars! A real recommendation.

At first professional, but after the end of the lease agreement Frank plays the landlord's side (the notorious Mr. Huizinga) and I only got back half of my deposit due to their 'creative' interpretation of the notice period. Take note! Reacting to Frank's reaction: We signed a lease agreement for at least 9 months with a notice period of 1 month, effective from January 3rd. I gave notice on September 1st that I want to end the contract by October 3rd, adhering to all contractual agreements. The landlord unilaterally decided to keep one extra month of my deposit and you support him because you don't want to lose his business, which is a pity.

Excellent service, I have contacted Mr. Frank Reede, who was helpful and efficient. Through his real estate agent I found a furnished studio that I could rent for a medium term. I will certainly contact him again when my lease contract expires.

The case with the evidence has been reported to the municipality. They do not respond to advertisements from foreigners (I received NO answer when I first sent it with a Polish-sounding last name). When my partner wrote with an English-sounding last name, he was asked about his nationality and after providing this information, he never received a response again, despite having a very high salary (in this case more than enough). A few days later, I wrote from a Dutch account and without much questioning, Frank was ready to invite me for a viewing and responded smoothly. Such practices are currently illegal and the municipality agrees with that, so they have also taken action. I advise against it.

I absolutely advise against this desk. It is the worst desk that exists.

Hello, In January I bought a house through Frank. He helped me quickly and solved all the problems with the house. No follow-up was needed. He is a very professional man with a personal touch. I definitely recommend everyone to use his services and experience.

A house found via Funda which Next Move real estate agents are selling. We placed a bid and subsequently received a counter offer with which we agreed. Then immediately contacted a financial advisor to apply for a mortgage because we had a deal! Incidentally, we got the green light from the mortgage advisor because everything looks good from our side! Subsequently requested multiple calls to receive a purchase deed after which we heard that the property was being sold to someone else while in my opinion we had a verbal agreement because we agreed with the counter offer. Poor way of doing business and poor communication...

Do not do that! Addition following landlord's response: this concerned a property where selection was made in advance based on gender. This is in violation of the law.

Very nice realtor! Always accessible for all questions, thinks along and Frank is extremely friendly. Certainly, such pleasant realtors are scarce these days.

Even if you are looking for a tailor-made real estate agent where you can compose your own package (on the purchase and/or sale area), you are in excellent hands with Frank. Quiet man without excessive fuss who delivers on what he agrees with you. I am very satisfied!

It was a fantastic experience and everything went perfectly.

Initially, contact with Mr. Reede was good and everything went as desired. However, after the viewing of a beautiful house, this is no longer the case at all. After sending several emails AND having called, we have heard nothing for 2 weeks. We chose this real estate agent because of the good reviews, unfortunately I can only speak of a disgrace. I certainly won't rent a property through this real estate agent!

As someone looking for a rental property, I had a bad experience with this agency in terms of communication. I would not recommend this company based on my own experience.

Requested a free valuation via a Facebook post in November. This was about 1/3 of the WOZ value, which is already remarkable. An email was sent about this and then an email was received back with the text '...will take care of an accurate valuation these days...'. To date, it is now January, nothing has been heard from them. You can't take a real estate agent like that seriously.

Total lack of communication and a very unclear website.
