Registered for a viewing on Friday, the email stated (if you can't make it, just call Saturday to check if the property is still available). During the viewing, it really felt like Yvon had already made up her mind; I found her to be cold, showing no interest at all, and she didn't ask any questions. I find it very strange that we were then rejected with the story 'the landlord has a different preference'. If you know nothing about us, and ask nothing, then it’s clear that we are being rejected for something else. Ultimately, I also only received a response on Monday, whereas a decision was supposed to be made on Saturday. A shame about my 1.5-hour journey.

The guidance and service of Pas Verhuurt is optimal. We had a complex project with a split and sale but that all went perfectly.

During the viewing of the apartment, the real estate agent assured us that income from abroad is not a problem and that it is still possible to rent it. After they had chosen us, they found us insufficient and demanded a deposit of 4x. After our refusal and proposing an alternative solution, Makler let us know that he had chosen another person and no longer responded to further messages.

Via te pas rents out an apartment rented in the center of Den Bosch. The first impression was immediately not pleasant. They take very little time for viewings and have an attitude of 'if you don't rent it, there are a hundred others'. When we had to move into the apartment on April 1st, it wasn't even ready yet. Several times builders still had to come to our home to complete various tasks. This during office hours while we both work. Not handy, therefore. Also, the network connections were not ready. During our stay in the apartment, there were several defects such as the dishwasher not functioning properly (leakage), extractor fan and even self-assemblers drilling through electrical wiring. After emailing about these defects, there was always a response but literally no one ever came to fix it. At one point, someone also tried to break into the exterior door, which we of course immediately reported to Via te Pas verhuurt. They said they would look into it but we received 0 response on this as well. The damage from the burglary is still visible on the exterior door. After renting for 2 years, we were able to buy our own little house. Time for the handover! We thoroughly cleaned the entire apartment. Of course, there are some signs of wear and tear after 2 years, which is logical. Now Via te Pas is of course sharp and they threaten with exceptional costs such as painters, cleaners etc. conclusion: Via te Pas is a typical rental agent who is not at home when there are defects but when you have to hand over they have a complete list of 'attention points'. Worthless.

They offer excellent service and seamless communication, always available for help, they are happy to arrange online digital contracts and online services which is very important for people who live far away. They provide all documentation in English. I am glad that I found my house here. I would strongly recommend them.
