Marieke is professional and well-informed about the housing market. Moreover, she is kind and always ready to assist you throughout the entire process! The combination with Roscam mortgage advisors is very practical.

Advertisement states a living space of 190m2. Based on the floor plan, the living area is 154m2 (rounded up). Called to inquire about this and the answer was always that the advertisement is correct... a picture tells a thousand words... so see for yourself... (see attachment) Who are Roscam Makelaars... well they aren't registered with VastgoedCERT or NRVT (both leading quality registers). Those were the facts, now my opinion: This realtor very likely started when the housing market exploded and thought cha ching quick money to be earned (so at most 3 years of experience as a realtor without industry training). Since 'Realtor' is a freelance profession, REALLY ANYONE can call themselves a Realtor and sell houses so BE CAREFUL. Ask if they are affiliated with professional organizations, are they self-certified... Too many cowboys out there trying to make a quick buck... you have been warned ;)

Marike is involved, understands the subject matter, is honest and transparent, but also critical where necessary. In this market, as a buyer you are quickly inclined to go along with the madness, but Marike ensures that you stay grounded and only takes the next step when a house can actually be/become your dream home. What we particularly liked was the communication. Via Whatsapp we could send houses that we wanted to view. Marike always seemed accessible and a viewing was often arranged within a day. And in addition, she also managed to attend all the viewings! After a viewing, we could always reach her to discuss questions or doubts, and as soon as we decided to make an offer, Marike came with clear advice regarding the offer and took the next steps in the bidding process on our behalf. With Marike's help, we not only found our dream home, but also managed to buy it. Something that is not a matter of course these days. We look back on this process with satisfaction and can wholeheartedly recommend Marike!
