I do suspect that something is being messed with stars here. This is namely a terrible, non-communicative club. Houses sell themselves, so apparently you don't need to respond to questions or properly address someone in the office anymore. Bad experience. Not recommended.

Recently, we purchased our new home in Geffen together with Staete. In October, we had our first introduction to Ramon Altenburg-Collin, and in December, we signed the purchase contract. We found the Staete app (in which you could filter houses based on your wishes, and also receive notifications of houses that came online before they appeared on Funda) very helpful. We had three viewings with Ramon, but also with another colleague from Rosmalen and with Francois van Bemmel. During the viewings, we received good advice about the condition of the houses, points of attention, possible options, etcetera. There was always a market report available so that we could determine a direction for any bids together. We did notice that the area where we were looking (Geffen/Nuland) is not quite the same as Den Bosch/Vught, so we also found the recommendations a bit high. Ultimately, we were able to buy our new home at a beautiful price and Ramon even helped with some minor adjustments to the contract, which was very nice. During delivery, there were issues that were not noticed by the Staete employee, which we had expected Staete to notice (leakage/moisture). That was also one of the reasons why we engaged expertise. A long process followed together with the sellers to reach solutions. Ramon supported us well in this and advised colleagues on legal matters. All in all, the purchase process went quite smoothly, and the delivery/weeks afterwards were a bit more complicated. Ultimately, everything was resolved and Staete did not let us down and handled it properly towards us, so we look back on the journey with a positive feeling.

What an unprofessional company this is. I made an appointment twice via the calendar on their website. Both times, I received no response and after having to chase it up myself, I was casually told that there was no availability for that day. While I had scheduled these myself using their own tool on their own website. And then casually say yes, the appointment will not take place due to an error in our system. I wanted a phone appointment which would not take more than 20 minutes. But there was also no possibility of still having the appointment go ahead. You'd think that if they mess this up twice, they would make 20 minutes available for a video appointment. After all, I requested time off twice for this appointment from my employer. My advice is to quickly look for another broker or advisor who does make time available for their clients and also resolves errors properly. This company is truly unprofessional and very UN-customer friendly!

A good office!

I wanted to make an appointment for next Saturday but there are already so many interested parties that it might already be sold. Just make an appointment for Saturday and if someone has already bought it, we're just unlucky. That is also the case tomorrow, the day after tomorrow and Friday, I think. So strange that they are having trouble with Saturday morning.

They helped us considerably with filtering houses that we were actually looking for. We were assisted by Saar who saved us a lot of time and took care of things for us.

Fair and very accommodating!

Towards the end of last year, we sold our house through Stefan. We thought we had made good agreements, but nothing turned out to be less true. Stefan denied entire conversations. Friends had actually warned us, but it sounded familiar. We have learned a hard lesson that verbal commitments with them mean nothing. We had to write our own text for the advertisement because someone was on vacation. We got into further conflict where we asked for help from our legal assistance. It surprises me greatly that Stefan unfortunately never had the courage to seek telephone contact at the beginning of our conflict. I would sincerely not recommend them, as our experience is too bad. All of this has left us with a nasty aftertaste.
