After making an appointment, on site, we immediately got a good feeling about it. Because selling a house is not an everyday occurrence, Eric advised us, without obligation, which bid we should go for. His advice in this matter was clear. He printed out the purchase agreement, after which the sale was finalized. Because the proposed new owner already wanted to start his renovation work, we agreed with this, whereupon the broker drew up a key agreement.
