What a lovely and expert real estate agent! I approached Leerdam to sell my mother's house in Den Hoorn. I was looking for an agent with extensive knowledge of the local market (Delft and surrounding areas). From the beginning, I received good advice and was guided in a pleasant, very personal way. This agent knows what he’s talking about and makes a realistic assessment of selling price and timeframe. Throughout the process, there has been pleasant, open communication. The sale felt like a good collaboration between seller and agent because of this.
